1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. We collect information you voluntarily provide when you submit a contact, quote, bidding, or employment inquiry; communicate with us by phone, email, SMS/text message, or video meeting; create or use an account in our applications; or enter into a business or employment relationship with us. This may include your name, company name, email address, phone number, mailing address, job title, and the contents of any message or attachment you send us. Employment applicants may also provide work history, licensing, and certifications.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies, log files, and similar technologies and is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
Information collected through our mobile application. If you use the DAP Contracting employee iPhone app (for example, as a field crew member, estimator, or office user), we may collect information related to your work activity. That can include time-clock and shift records, project assignments, material requests, time-off requests, receipt photographs and expense details, mileage or similar job-cost entries, authentication information, and device permissions you grant such as camera, photo library, and location (for example, to support weather, jobsite context, or timekeeping features).

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number to D.A.P. Contracting Inc. — whether through a form on our Site, during account setup, or in the course of doing business or working with us — you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us related to your account, work assignments, and our Services. These messages may include one-time passcodes for account authentication, scheduling and dispatch notifications, jobsite or project updates, timekeeping or approval alerts, and other operational or customer-service communications.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Information may be shared with subcontractors or service providers solely to the extent necessary to deliver the messaging services described above (for example, our SMS delivery provider, such as Twilio).
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, SMS delivery (including Twilio), video meetings and communications (including Zoom), application infrastructure, and analytics. These providers are permitted to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
